Raft’s full suite of services include automation for finances, customs, and operations, including shipping updates and booking confirmations.

“Raft really helps us to focus on invoices that need attention while the ones that already match are pushed through automatically,” said Accounts Payable Manager Amy Lento. “Our team manages AP for multiple Scarbrough companies and supports all of operations. It would be very overwhelming processing everything manually.”

Automations like this are not only beneficial to our finance team, but our customers also reap those rewards. The time savings afforded by Raft allow our team more time to focus directly on our customers and their needs.

“By having Raft automatically posting invoices and spending less time chasing vendors for copies of invoices they can have more time in their day to focus on any needs our customers have,” said Lento.

As our partnership with Raft grows, our team continually explores additional opportunities for efficiency aided by AI. Lento and her team are currently testing a new process to automate processing of vendor statements. They currently have to manually work through each individual line of each statement, sometimes working into the hundreds per statement. With Raft, they hope to narrow those statements down to only the invoices that need further attention.
